Meanwhile everyone else improves and you get ranked lower every season because you never improved. Most of the nerfs in this patch have been small, and most of the buffs have been significant. That's how you properly balance a MOBA: When you give the strongest things a slap on the wrist, and you give the weakest things a good upgrade, you have Icefrog's balance philosophy. And Icefrog is the only person on this fucking planet who knows how to balance a MOBA. Even if you don't like Dota 2, you can't deny that the game has better balance than other MOBAs.
