Night Slash and Cross Poison have 50% chance to crit out of the gate for 2.25x (sniper). EQ is for the few pokemon that resist both of those moves and Spikes are for shits and giggles I guess, I could replace it with hone claws or something else.
The other option as I see it is to either swap the scope with life orb and try and pass it FE (not really worth it for drapion personal opinion), or to forget going for crits entirely and bulk up with something like this.

I sort of have my heart set on raining crits but despite the fact they give it a great ability and good attacks to abuse it they didn't give it the one thing it needs to make the most of it.
