It's also grossly undervalued based on projected supplies left to mine (whereas gold is roughly where it should be), due to artificially suppressed prices to prop up COMEX trading imaginary supplies. I'm not about to get that into it here but you can ask /pmg/ for more if you're interested, they have tons of (sourced) infographics and love newfriends.
Gold will always be worth more, but if you're betting on that default you can get a lot more bang for your buck with silver.
