To me that sounds like an attempt to just sweep it under the rug and leave it unanswered until later if it ever comes up again, when that's a really important detail to know. In my opinion just figuring it out now would be a better idea than leaving the mouth shut to avoid the issue.
If the art that was previously on its wiki page is what was voted to be the final design then wouldn't that mean the triangular teeth are accurate that way and anything else is inaccurate? Unless the art that was voted in wasn't SZ's art, then seeing that art would be helpful. But I don't see anything in the dropbox that matches this design aside from the back sketch in
