BLUF: lots of money to pokemon licenced companies, lots of happy fan customers.
What they could do... to make money; you pay for cards with your pokemon and your trainer name e.g. "Brock's Ninetails" etc. etc. Could even match your DCI # or your POGO trainer code.
Maybe even multiples of generic ability trainer cards with your name and art instead to keep a trade aspect with your friends, that could be a lot of fun. The art of "your likeness" is already 3d rendered in your pogo avatar etc.
Ultimately, make them direct sales (see crowd funding model for example) indeed it would take some time, but folks would pay out-the-ass for it, and they could only carry intrinsic value to the customer and nothing to a secondary market.
Tier 1: 1 Full art trainer card (your name/likeness), and 1 full art "___'s pokemon" $20
Tier 2: 10 basic trainer cards (your name/likeness) $100
Tier 3: 6 Full art trainer card (your name/likeness), 6 full art "___'s pokemon", 10 basic trainer cards (your name/likeness, again for trades) + auxiliary energy and supporter cards to make a playable starter deck. Includes an exclusive pogo coin $300
Bundle tiers etc etc
Complexity price for the companies are raised a little of course, but the price per unit is now 600-800% more, this is just spittballing of course, but people would go higher.
