Had a quick idea, hear me out. I was thinking that Rotom could be included in this. I know I will be immediately deafened by the unanimous roaring as many voices cry 'Rotom isn't a legendary', but that is kinda the point.
His nature as a pokemon that a small number of people believe to be legendary due to traits like lack of gender and his own encounter music lend perfectly to the idea of some sort of usurper demigod who is believed inferior by others.
He also could be combined with the standard chaotic prankster/trickster god (who usually break rules set by the gods and nature) and a poltergeist, inspired by his posession of different objects.
>Rotom
The Trickster
"Others adhere to the laws of gods and men. They become predictable, and a source of entertainment."
>Agenda
Followers of Rotom mock other disciples and only seek to shape situations for their own amusement and turn rules on their heads. They do not care for earthly goods, power or respect but will use all if they see a chance for deception, mischief or other jests. However there is no malice in their actions and they do not linger too long on one victim. They enjoy shocking a small child in a dark room just as much as manipulating the thoughts of a ruler of an entire civilisation, even though the consequences are vastly different. However they also enjoy entertaining others, and often take the role of jesters and fools for a while.
>Taboos
Followers of Rotom are considered followers of a false god by other disciples, and their persecution varies wildly from mockery to execution. While their cunning and wit allows them to conceal their true nature for a while, they must never linger in one place for too long.
>Posession
Followers of Rotom are able to possess inanimate ojects in order to frighten, shock or infuriate. Favor is increased with experience and the chaos resulting, and this power may eventually become enough to possess living creatures.
