Least favorite region is Kalos. Really unmemorable routes with some being just rip-offs of Kantooooo for 'muh nostalgia' and also for creating mega forms for only the most popular pokemon with very few being given to umderrated and deserving mons, like Absol, Manectric and Banette. Gen 6 was also the transition to 3D, which I think has really hurt the aesthetics of Pokemon and not only hurt the old designs for Pokemon from gens 1-4, but also altered the way they design newer Pokemon as they can shove in as many details and weird shit as they want onto the models whereas all old designs had to work within the pixel limitations of older systems.
