Have Pokemon with +Att/SpAtt natures have better compatibility with attacking moves. +Def/SpDef natures have better compatibility with defensive moves. +Spe is harder, but perhaps priority moves.
Put in more move tutors that will only work with Pokemon of certain Natures to teach them special moves.
Remove Mints.
