-Fix it's movepool. Give it Agility,Sacred Sword,Stone Edge(otters use rocks to break clams),Earthquake, MOTHERFUCKING SHELL SMASH
-+10 BST increase on it's speed
Its a shame Samurott was destined to be garbage. It has potential to actually be the "Formidable Pokemon".
