>>56980995Probably a wet blanket. Would insist I wait until December or at least after Thanksgiving to start decorating, but he’d think it’s too early even if I waited until Christmas Eve. I’d be doing all the gift shopping/wrapping and other preps, but he’d try to sneak a cookie to taste test while I’m baking (he knows I’d give him crap if I caught him, and I know he’s going to try and steal one when I’m not looking… so I might not “pay attention” for a couple minutes and let him have one). He won’t show it but he just says those things and acts uninterested to fit the “cool guy” persona and likes seeing me do things that’d make me happy. He also probably puts a lot of thought into what gift to give, but gives it with the attitude of “oh yeah, I got you something since you like Christmas, it’s whatever it’s not much” and then it’s the kind of thing that touches your heart and you know he actually does care (maybe just in private)
