Years and years ago, my friend once said he found a "wild Gary" and that it used Hydro pump at him.
So I suppose he somehow ran into a Pokemon with the same ID (or whatever) as Gary's Blastoise, and Gary's sprite was used.
Is this even slightly possible or was I being rused?
