Barraskewda is top 10 for me. I had seen Arrocuda with Cramorants reveal and had been wondering about it since. The very first fishing spot in swsh is near the professors lab and you can see arrocuda swimming in the overworld but have no way of accessing them. I assumed and hoped that I could keep fishing in the spot and hopefully catch one but the first 20-30 I tried were all magikarp. Eventually I did catch an arrocuda and it was one of the most powerful Pokémon on my team; I even ended up boxing sobble when it evolved.
It’s also usable in competitive which is just fun.
