Stars represent pokemon with the highest potential to be on my first playthrough team, besides Yvetal (spelt that wrong) which is just the best designed legend so far.
Green checks represent quality designs and/or with potential to be on later teams or even my #1 team with good evolutions/types/stats.
Red X represents lack of any chance of being on any of my teams in the future and possibly poor design but not necessarily.
