>>46754250Oh, you're absolutely correct. A lot of pokemon did benefit from the split for sure, it's just a shame that a lot regressed at the same time. Due to their negligence in updating old movepools to account for the split, we ended up with a situation where many pokemon received a much-needed boost while others were unfortunately made much worse. It's rather disappointing. Even as new moves have been added with each new gen, many of those older pokemon have not been given any help, whereas if the game mechanics simply went back to pre-split, they would suddenly become a lot more viable. I just want a situation where everyone's favorites can be good.
