Game freak has given us a female champion and a female professor because they too acknowledge they need representation of both genders. However we always get males as the main bad guys because let's be honest, males are just way more evil than females. Realistically speaking when you think of the leader of a crime organization, you're most likely going to picture a male. That doesn't mean girls can't be evil, duhh obviously they can be, its just a matter of guys usually having more evil potential. Besides, a lot of the time when a female character is evil it's because of some heartbreak reason or something tied to a guy.
Either way-- every goddamn episode we get Jesse and James. On top of that it seems like Jesse is bitch in charge. How's that for representation
