I haven't seen a single one so far...I just found my first one through sheer luck, but today I tried beating 60 pokemon in an outbreak via autobattle (3 notifications about it getting smaller) and then refreshing the area with picnics to get this cool bird. It worked pretty well even without the HM sandwiches and didn't take much more than 60 crows and a few picnic refreshes. I have a Flamigo dedicated to auto-battling outbreaks so my main team doesn't get overleveled
