>>31711971It's an interesting concept, but I don't think it'll happen. It's meant to invoke Pikachu, that's why the name is similar. I actually thought this was a bizarre twist for the Pika-clone this gen until I saw Togedemaru.
I do like the idea though. I wouldn't be opposed if they did give it extra forms.
