Supposing it's an ability only, it will probably be restricted to a few gimmicky mons which could be hard to fit on your team. My guess is it would be a one-time per battle thing where it revives a random pokemon on your team to 1/2 HP when it switches out.
If its a move, it will probably have higher distrbution and be broken as shit on stall teams
