As a pokemon trainer you legally own your pokémon, so doing anything lewd with even the most sapient of them has the subtle threat of "I'm your master so obey me or else" behind it. I'm sure some people would be into that, but I did that to a girl IRL and it just made me feel bad. You want a willing partner, not a slutty slave. So, I think the only time I'd be okay with poke-human marriage is if the pokémon was never caught by its human; If the Pokémon is there by choice rather than enslavement, I'm all for it (so long as its sapience is relatively equal to a humans')
