Part 3.
I continue my nuzlocke by taking on the ebony queen also known as Nessa but it came with a cost. So first Toxel used Nuzzle a few times to paralys Goldeen but taking it out was somewhat difficult, then out came Arrokuda which Corvisquire took out with two Plucks, finally out came Drednaw and Nessa immediately dynamaxed it, I had Galarian Linoone Dynamaxed and used Max Darkness but immediately Drednaw made it rain and water attacks became stronger, soon Galarian Linoone was defeated but it did stall for time, Drednaw went back to normal and Drizzile was able to take advantage of the rain and use Water Pulse to take it out. I won but with one casualty. Afterwards I would catch a Chewtle in Galarian Mines 2 and when entering the Motostoke gym, I also captured a Sizzlipede. Then I went up against the third gym leader Kabu and I unfortunately made a mistake that could have been avoided. So first I sent out Corvisquire against Ninetales which was a big mistake when Drizzile could have dealt with it easily. Corvisquire managed to get in a few Plucks while being trapped in a Fire Vortex and set on fire and I didn't heal it because I assumed it would survive what was happening but nope, Corvisquire died which is annoying. I had Drizzile finish it off with a Water Pulse and Drizzile's Water Pulse also worked on Arcanine, finally I dynamaxed Carkol and used the Max Rockfall against a dynamaxed Centiskorch who went down in two hits and the gym battle was over, Kabu could have been easier, I was obviously worried that Drizzile wouldn't be able to take out both Ninetales and Arcanine in a row and it might get slowed down but that's my mistake, this is my second time playing gen 8 so I'm unfamiliar. Anyway afterwards I went to Hammerlocke and I got the Tart Apple and used it to evolve Applin into Flapple, now I will be continuing on my journey.
Any advice for the next gym leader Bea?
