There are a bunch of Rockets in the forest/cave, named "Quarry." It's a mineral-heavy region, Team Quarry sounds fitting enough.
I get through and reach Agate Town -- "Its origins are deeply rooted in the ground." The Bike Shop sold out completely because they gave away too many free Bike Vouchers, but they have HM01 for sale for only $3141593.
