I mean, I think they are likely to be real, or at least; They are early concept art that got scrapped. But, I don't really care enough either way to say anything other than maybe "Oh shit, this are the actual evos? Cool!".
At this point, I just think it's trolls "trolling" trolls back and forth with nobody who actually cares involved in these "real vs fake" shit.
