Their stupid argument would've just kept switching Pokemon until they were "right", ignoring how many times they were wrong along the way.
Their argument lost all credibility once Maractus was confirmed.
Besides, people shouldn't be mad that they cut Pokemon alone, people should be mad that they cut Pokemon and got nothing in return for the dev time spent elsewhere. The animations and balance we were promised are poor, the game's length/pacing is pathetic, the story is a mess and would've honestly been better if it had NO story like Gens 1 and 2, the game looks like trash for a Switch title, cut/gimped content and postgame, etc. etc.
