>>50529814>>50536055>1. Replace Falkner's pidgey or pidgeotto with a murkrow>2. Replace Bugsy's metapod and kakuna with ledyba and spinarak and their evolutions respectivelyNo. I'm not falling for the KANTOMONS LE BAD meme. The purpose of this hack is to add Gym Rematches in a way that I think GF would have done it at the time of Gen 2.
>3. For Morty's initial battle have Misdreavus replace one of the haunters>4. Have chuck's tyrouge be part of the initial battle>5. For Pryce have delibird be part of the initial battle instead of seelb or have it be pyrce's 4th pokemon for the initial battleI'm not changing anything in the main game. It's all just postgame content which I'm adding. I'm trying to preserve the original experience while adding more stuff to do in the postgame in a vanilla way. The ONLY thing I changed about the main game is:
>Extended Pokégear slots to 30 to account for the new Kanto Pokégear contacts, and because I think they would've made use of the extra cartridge space for something like this had they added Kanto Pokégear rematches in Crystal>Added new methods for trade evolutions (held item trade evos can now also evolve by using their respective item on them) (regular trade evos have a new item: the Linking Cord, which you can buy in Mahogany Mart after clearing out Team Rocket. This is temporary until I can figure out how to make Pokémaniac Brent give out items like how you need specific Pokégear numbers to get the evolution stones). Admittedly, it's going against my "stay true to the original" approach, but I tried to keep it as out of the way as possible. This is the most canon implementation as it directly borrows from LA.>6. How about having Bugsy's scyther evolve into a scisor in the 1st or 2nd rematchScyther has always been his sig Mon. Don't know why HGSS changed this.
Anyway, here's the final small edits. Yesterday I just decided to go on a spree and dial in ALL the party data for everyone, (1/2)
