Been following the Big Guy
>>36367375 and so I took his template to start a series Nuzlocke. Gonna try to do something a little different and have randomized shit.
Things already seemed off to a good start when I got my favortie GenWun starter, and my rival got an Abra. That's likely going to come bite me in the ass later, but for now, I like having a flailing punching bag that vomits free experience. First few encounters were pretty good, though I found to my dismay Kabuto doesn't get any new moves for like thirty levels, so Rock is primary shield and not much else at the moment.
After grinding up on Bug Catchers that fought me with Magikarps, (repressed Fishermen?) went on ahead to challenge Brock. Surprisingly challenging, actually. His rock-hard strat was put things to sleep with a lead Jigglypuff, and follow up that with a Charmeleon. While Blues slept one off, Bebop managed to pull a win by spamming wrap in time for his teammate to wake up and Bubble to secure the win.
