>>43831780germany or scandanavia would both be good choices i think, they seem distinct enough. going full post-apoc might be a bit much for pokemon but you could easily have modernity vs tradition as a theme (or technology vs nature). having some ancient empire with advanced tech like valkyria chronicles does could be an idea worth considering too
