Google those and do research.
Then pick couple good Pokemon and build a team around them (make sure there are wide variety of Pokemon, couple sweepers + wall or two + healer/gimmick). Choose abilities, natures and movesets carefully.
Then just go to Pokemon Showdown (online battle simulator), edit your team (make sure you save your team outside Showdown, a text file on your computer is okay) and battle with people. Practice makes perfect.
