Imagine if it didn't exist and you were told that next gen there'd be a status that quarters your speed AND prevents you from attacking 1/4th of the time, I would call bullshit and say Gamefreak wouldn't make something so retarded. It should either be temporary like sleep or have one of its properties removed. I've been saying this for years and still believe they'll wake up and nerf it eventually.
