And since those days people have been obsessed with perfect IVs.
I have always been lazy about it and managed to hold my own with pokemon that didn't have perfect IVs.
The question is, though, will I be able to hold my own nowadays with IV breeding being as easy as it is?
Do 10 extra little points in a stat really REALLY make that much of a difference if you fully understand the meta, what's popular, and what counters what?
I don't want to IV breed, but I don't want to get rekt by my former competitive student.

now I not much of a Marriland fan but you have to admit he may be on to something.

all GF has to do is make a new game
With a new region

Add
>40+ pokemon
>25+ moves
>15+ items
>15+ abilities
>15+ mega evos

all they would have to do to maximize their profit is just look at what pokemon people liking X and Y and leave them as kalos exclusive

no one could legitimately complain about that business model because they've done version exclusives since gen 1
and now you would even have to buy the new game to get new pokemon due to DLC

Reasons why DLC could happen
>Gamefreak always seems to slack off after each game is finished they haven't really done that yet
>the lack of post game
>70 pokemon
>no legendary trio
>a legend with next to no significance to the story
>no megas for pokemon that should logically have megas
>Gamefreak always fucks around with new stuff win its avialable.
> its an easy money maker
>new pokemon, items, and moves could be patched in with out the purchase but would be hard or impossible to actually obtain.
>it forces you to play the game after the first few months rather than go to a simulator.
>almost guarantees piracy will not happen because you couldn't emulate or use a flash card for this

all of that is voided by the fact that 70 pokemon is all we may get this gen

and let me remind you that more can be add through DLC.

the game is 1.7 Gb and could be expanded up to 16Gb though I know that's a stretch but its possible

and besides its not like we didn't see this coming eventually, and if less new pokemon means more gameplay content per generation I think thats a fair trade

sure IT's not the design We love and remember from our childhood. and yeah it's a little odd looking, but fuck Mewtwo isn't exactly normal looking to begin with.
the design is simple, all the details look good and work well together, you can't honestly say its poorly designed.
also it kinda looks like it could have been in gen 1

Honestly as long as this new form/species's origin isn't Pants on head retarded I'll be okay with it
plus if your not a big fan of this design it looks like we may very well get another one so maybe it will be more to your liking
