I just realized I completely glanced over this huge ass area with boulder puzzles and trainers in Route 21 that's easy to miss since the game expects you to hurry your ass up to the E4.
I also missed the Frustration and Aerial Ace TMs in Connecting Cave because I forgot to go back to Cyllage City and go into the cave through its entrance.
I also forgot to go back to outside part of Frost Cavern and use Waterfall to get to the lower portion of the area to get Stone Edge TM.
Finally, I missed Dark Pulse's TM which is easy to gloss over since you have to get it by surfing on a stream in Route 16 into Route 15.
