I think Golduck getting an evolution based on a Feathered/Winged Kappa like picrel or going the Suiko route and gaining tiger traits to become a duck-tiger hybrid would work wonders.
Also, Magcargo could use one. Speaking of, since the idea of Koffing line being volcanic species has been pushed since Gen 3, I feel that thematically a Weezing evolution or even Regional Variant-exclusive Evolution that plays into this would work wonders. Heck, could even make him a grounded Pokemon that has to move on the ground now because it's a volcano now.
