>>47840394If you are legitimately terminally bad at the game and just playing to have fun while kinda trying to win, just play Cinderace and you'll have a better off chance at helping your team, and i mean that in a good way.
If you actually want tips on how to improve your Greninja, then i'd say you're gonna have to be a lot more aware of your environment, minimap and cooldowns. The Smokescreen/Surf build that everyone is going for nowadays favors aggressive and assertive play, so you're gonna have to dedicate some time to learning your how much damage your Abilities/Autos do AT EVERY LEVEL. This is because, since Surf is an execute that restores CD when killing, it's important to know WHEN to use it. For example, if there's 4 enemies on the other side of the map and you're trying to assasinate a lone target, there will be times when you'll have to choose whether to use it to execute or use it as a Gap Closer to approach and deal an execute 3rd Melee Attack. About that, Greninja has both Ranged and Melee Autoattacks. His 3rd ranged attack slows the enemy so it's useful for kiting and chasing, but his 3 Melee attack actually does extra % Damage, making it useful for executing too. This obviously synergyses with Surf's properties, so it's a lethal combo. Just keep track of your autos. Smokescreen is actually stupidly useful and its blindness lingers a lot for some reason. The blindness can help your team out in Teamfights, but Ss's greatest potential is to approach unsuspecting enemies or Juking people that are chasing you. Using Smokescreen to juke requires you to play mindtricks on your opponent. Dash forward and instantly turn 180 and go back to the nearest bush. Did they get used to you doing that? Dash forward and keep going forward now. Mix it up when you get the chance. ALSO, your next auto after using SS hits super hard, keep that in mind.
