I grinded the Shrromish I caught in the woods beforehand all the way until it evolved and learned mach punch which won my third gen badge. Leech seed was able to keep him healthy while getting mach punches off. I caught a Tentacool in preparation for Flannery who destroyed me last time but this time i'm not going in unprepared for that damn Torkoal.
