This is Deolandy, it's a dandelion seed kitten. It evolves into Simbalion, a mid-sized green cat with a bright yellow mane-face, and then into Predalion, a large, dull-green jungle cat with a white fluffy face. I drew it once and it looked pretty badass, I thought
Predalion's signature move is Weed Spore, a 90-Acc move that causes the target to use double PP for X number of turns (I don't really care, probably 2-3)
