Limiting your team by region is one thing
but forcing yourself to not use certain pokemon you own just so you can have on your team the one that can learn the HM?
This may be an issue
I mean I wouldn't be against the idea of using of my members of the team as an HM whore
but only later down the line when I actually have a decent amount of pokemon I can use
This might need a change in the Region rules
like maybe a MAX2 of pokemon from one region.
That way it would still have limits, but it would actually get me more of a chance of ever seeing a full team
