To be honest I was going to do the same. I wanted to buy the switch last week, mostly for the incoming Sword/Shield but maybe play Zelda and Shantae (because who the fuck buys a console just for 1 game?) while I wait for the new Pokemon to be realased.
But I changed my mind, mostly because I hope there's a special edition coming with the Sword & Shield. Then a few days ago I read about this new Switch Pro and was glad I was patient.
