>>47227232My headcanon has generally always been that the Dex entries are more like guidelines than literal descriptions. I mean, there's so many PokeDex entries that are contradictory or outright unfeasible for a stable world.
I always liked to interpret them as heavily sensationalized, or written by a child eagerly trying to describe them as the coolest shit ever.
