Every set has their own and usually you just get a new avatar for completing a secret mission about it - which is the cover art for every pack (you can see I've got them all in pic related). The real reward is being able to pull whatever I want without having to worry about missing out; since I'm more a collector, being able to put some FOMO to the side is great.
