You may have to change LoRAs too depending on the subject, but they're fine to leave 'as is' here. As a rule, I try taking a few sampling steps off from the initial generation (if it's 50, I bring it down to 35, if it's 48, I bring it down to 30, etc) but you don't have to do that. If you get an VRAM error, you can reduce the resolution and your generation will still be the same size as you started it.
