I tried googling what this was. Apparently there were a couple "Pokemon Research" polls held earlier this year that ended with Magnemite and Mimikyu as the winners, and so they're getting new merchandise. They held another poll last month where you could vote up to 3 times between the 30 Pokemon in this pic, and Dedenne won so it's also getting new merch next year.
