1) They pretend there's nothing wrong with the meta, give advice on some absolutely garbage-tier decks, maybe mention some Tier-2 VMAX deck and call it a day.
2) They fully embrace the meta as correct, they'll talk about ADPZ and Pikarom as the best decks but never acknowledge that barely anything else is viable.
By the description, I assume it's going to be number one, as it's "directed at newcomers" or whatever. But TPCi is pretty blatant at approaching ADPZ as completely planned and intentional.
