Riku is probably gonna start growing fast since he can basically handle Cinnabar Island by himself.
I also am unsure as to who to give toxic to. Venus saur is the obvius choice but it already has poison powder and having 2 poison users could prove to be quite useful. Dumbo knows Hypnosis btw.
