If anyone's looking for a decent cheap Standard deck, I've been having pretty decent luck with this build. I've tuned it as I played with it and I'm having trouble improving it beyond this with the cards currently in standard.
The idea is pretty simple: Start with Talonflame, use its attack to find Talonflame BREAK and a Burning Energy if you don't have them yet, and wreck shit with 150 damage per turn starting on turn 2. (Ignore the Camerupt for now, I'll get to that later.) Use Lysandre and Pokemon Catcher to kill your opponent's Pokemon before they get to do anything, and use Crushing Hammer/Enhanced Hammer/Team Flare Grunt when they're building up and you can't solve it by just killing the Pokemon the energy is attached to.
There's two Potions and two Pokemon Center Ladies in the deck in case your Talonflame gets damaged, as you're playing the entire match with only a single Pokemon. Skyla can quickly find a non-Supporter card you need immediately (specific counters like Enhanced Hammer, Red Card, stuff like that), or in the worst case a Supporter for next turn. Don't overvalue the cards in your hand: If they're not useful right now, they're likely less useful in the long term than using Sycamore right now.
