They aren't going to stop cycling pokemon through regional dex. We're still gonna get a new set of pokemon each game to use. Whatever game they make after S/S, be it a Sinnoh Remake or just a S/S third game/sequel, there will certainly be a very different set of available Pokemon.
The only Pokemon that has ever been totally fucked out of all future regional dex was Glameow for some reason. Everything else, even shitmon, have had reasonable cycling.
