>>21171467Got back to this, it's completely unchanged until you get to the generator and you see they added a Raikou.
You talk to it, it growls, and disappears. If you walk offscreen and walk back, the Raikou is there again, and the same thing happens if you talk to it. I'm not sure if this is a bug or just the hacker's tendency to have vague Legendaries that do and say nothing.
