Really agonizing about this silver cap.
I wanted to use it on a shiny, but I have no truly ideal candidates. I've got a chandelure, garchomp, salamance, and a few other shinies missing one stat in order to be a shundo, and just about every sort of non-shiny which I could turn into a hundo, but of the two I really wanted (ralts or charmander families), I don't have any with 2 maxed stats.
Part of me just wants to finally put my from-launch quest for a hundo regular charmander, but that almost feels like a waste of the cap.
I thought I had figured it out down to two pokemon, who I would hope to max out later with a second silver cap down the road, but I just learned that anyone that gets bottlecapped can't be transferred to Home, and that sounds absolutely awful, basically trapping the pokemon in Go forever. Sure, I don't really expect to transfer them out in the next decade or two, but losing the option actually matters to me, especially since shiny Zacian is hard to get otherwise.
Do I just throw it at some non-shiny gameplay mon?
