A local might have some purified sableye they're alright with trading, too. It's fine as a lucky trade, but it absolutely has to have return or you'll get shit on by azu, umbreon, and fighters you would otherwise win vs., similarly to how Umbreon flips so many matchups with last resort.
You could also probably sub in plenty of other spammy safe switches, like deoxys, a-wak, or azuuuumer, I just really liked weather ball spam.
Make sure you learn how far you can push common farm-down scenarios to roll out of a winning matchup with extra energy, and what range you can realistically farm down from.
