I'm talking about how there is zero indication that foster's gym is inside, and looking at stellas, it looks like you are on a floating platform above nothing but pipes.
In pewter gym, which has a similar layout to fosters, there is clealy floor tiles visible, there are walls, etc. Even if you look at mahgony gym in HGSS, which is covered in ice, it's clearly inside, there are floor tiles, there are walls, etc.
