I guess the filter interprets extreme bashfulness as arousal and therefore lewd, making it more likely to strike affectionate messages...or something stupid like that. Add public bots being notoriously more trigger happy with filtering and you get embarrassing shit like cuddling being interpreted as "too inappropriate". Could explain why some anons have trouble with kissing and hand-holding while others rail their waifu/husbando (almost) no problem.
