>Just think back to when people played red/blue for the first time, and wondered what a large scale Pokemon game would be like on a home console. They dreamed of a large open world. Imagining a large scale adventure with an exciting storyline and a big wide open world filled with lots of content. Instead of that we get the same old tired game, only this time the graphics are exposed and look like absolute shit, with gimmicky features that nobody wants and oh, over half the Pokemon are cut from the game.OOOHH!! Everyone else who played the games realized that Pokemon is much better off being a 2D game and that focuses on gameplay and having fun over graphics and visual autism. Open world ppokemon is simply a meme that that you dug into your head and believe would actually be a good game. Reality is finally tapping on your shoulders and you cannot accept it. I think it's time for you to find a new monster collect franchise if you're looking for Breath of the Pokemon.
